Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to the identification or location of any foreign person, including a foreign entity, who knowingly engaged or is engaging in interference in U.S. elections, as well as information leading to the prevention, frustration, or favorable resolution of an act of foreign election interference.
Rewards for Justice is seeking information on Alexander Malkevich, a Russian national who has served as a member of Russia’s Civic Chamber commission on mass media, which serves in a consultative role to the Russian government.
Since at least 2019, Malkevich has utilized his company, the Foundation for National Values Protection (FZNC), to facilitate global influence operations on behalf of Yevgeniy Prigozhin, financier of the Russian troll farm Internet Research Agency (IRA). Both Prigozhin and his IRA have been indicted and sanctioned by U.S. authorities for attempts to interfere in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
Malkevich and his FZNC were designated pursuant to Executive Orders 13848, 13694, and 13661 for supporting Prigozhin’s global influence operations.
